Greg Smith has called Colorado home since 1986, when he came to attend the University of Colorado. After selling a successful marketing company and earning a graduate degree in information systems, Greg joined RE/MAX Alliance in 1998, where he quickly became Managing Broker and later co-owner of the Boulder Valley office. Leading a team of over 100 REALTORS® and staff, Greg has earned accolades such as the RE/MAX Chairman Club, Hall of Fame, and Diamond Club awards, and has twice received the RE/MAX Mountain States Broker/Owner Award. Known for his forward-thinking approach, Greg focuses on advancing technology, systems, and partnerships in construction, investment property, mortgage, and title insurance, while proudly supporting Boulder County’s dynamic real estate market.
